 Acute or chronic conditions, neurological disorders, pre-and post-surgical procedures, general deconditioning, repeated falls,  spinal cord injuries, "weekend warrior" ailments - we treat all conditions and/or diagnoses. Home assessments to promote safety and improved mobility are provided to patients and families as needed. 

Rebound is an In-network provider for Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and TriCare West. Your insurance not listed; we can work with you to make a plan. All major credit cards and cash are also accepted.
